Mood tracking journal

This simple 90-day Mood Tracker Journal has been created to help you reflect and track your mood, thoughts and achievements on a daily basis.

This journal will:

  • Help you gain clarity on your emotions, thoughts, triggers and any patterns.

  • Capture a sense of direction of how you can better improve your mental health.

  • Get a clear picture of your overall mental health over a 3-month period.

  • Identify what improves your overall mood.

  • Increase your self-awareness.

  • Help you release negative thoughts and emotions.

  • You can share your journal with your GP or therapist for them to gain a better understanding of your emotions which can help with your referral and diagnosis.
