Hi, I’m Emily

When I’m not looking after my 6 pets, I’m either riding my lovely horse Barney or I'm helping women who have lost their way, to find their most aligned path, get their confidence back and rediscover their passions. 

I created The Self Discovery Method because I wanted to help women like myself, break-free from negative emotions and thoughts, understand themselves on a deeper level so they can fast-track their journey to happiness.

I did it the long way, but my 20 years of working through mental health problems and 2 years as a trainee counsellor means I can offer you a safe space for you to be your most authentic self and we can get you results much quicker. 

I’ve been able to get women to step out of their own negative patterns, out of their comfort zone and into a place where they can start to like themselves again, because only then can you really understand what you need and where you want to go.

And I have the tools and techniques to allow you to do this, without feeling judgement or overwhelm.

First we’ll give you the time and space to unpack how you’re feeling, so that you can begin to understand your beliefs and blocks and how to work through them.

Then we’ll identify what lights you up and brings you happiness, so that you can set some quick-win goals that will help you feel more excited about life and everyday.

Next we’ll transform your mindset, so that you can overcome any negative situation without letting it ruin your week.

Finally we’ll focus on your motivation strategies, so that you can continue to understand your needs as you grow.

 

If you’ve made it this far, you probably want to know how it all works

  1. First we’ll jump on a quick discovery call to determine if I can support you in the way you need. It’s a free call, completely non-obligation and is a great way to get a feel for the programme and ask any questions you might have.

  2. If you feel good after our call and want to sign-up, I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete before we jump on our first coaching call. This is to help me design and structure the programme around your needs. 

  3. We’ll get to see each other's faces once a fortnight for our calls and in between sessions you’ll have a library of resources and activities to work through to support what you have learnt on our calls to strengthen your mindset.

  4. You’ll also have unlimited access to me virtually Monday - Friday through an instant message channel or via email depending on your preference.

I gained clarity on exactly what I wanted which gave me the confidence to make some power moves like moving 10,000 miles away and leaving a 4 year relationship. I’m in a much better place now and I can’t thank Emily enough for that.
