Understanding yourself and having a level of self-awareness is the foundation to improving your mental health and ultimately, your overall happiness.

Once we have a better understanding of ourselves, we become more empowered to make changes to our lives and identify our areas of strength and areas of development.

Mood Tracker Journal will support you to look inwards, identify your emotions and beliefs so you can continue to strengthen your mind, work on your self-awareness and grow as a happier Mental Health Warrior who is in control of their emotions.

Hi, I’m Emily

Firstly, thank you so much for being here, I understand how hard it is to take the first few steps when experiencing feelings of anxiety, sadness or depression. I’d like to share a bit more about my story, as it’s important you know more about me so I can support you further.

Looking back, I have struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember.

I remember having dark thoughts since I was a little girl, in fact I still have my childhood diary which makes for a sad read.
