This simple 90-day Mood Tracker Journal has been created to help you reflect and track your mood, thoughts and achievements on a daily basis.
In tracking our daily mood, we are able to connect with our feelings each day. You may notice a pattern, or that for every day you do a certain activity it has a positive or negative impact on your mood. You will also be able to get a better understanding of your triggers and get an overall picture of how your mental health is over a longer period.
Additionally, if you are in therapy, or considering going to therapy, this mood tracker can help your GP or therapist gain a better understanding of your emotions which can help with your referral and diagnosis.
This journal will:
